Emu Tracks to Puntawarri 

This painting represents the tracks of a mob of emus on their way to Puntawarri in the middle of the Canning Stock Route in Western Australia's Pilbara Region, near Well 17 also known as Durba Springs. It is  Contemporary Indigenous Artist Judith Anya Samson mothers’ families’ country and Judith's grandmother has been teaching her the stories of this country, stories of journeys and hunting on country.

Judith's work has been acquired by the Art Gallery of Queensland GOMA and the National Museum of Australia.
